Virasat
Heritage Handloom Couture — Banarasi, Kanjeevaram & Chikankari · 8 Looks
Virasat — Heritage — is a couture tribute to India's endangered textile traditions. Each of the eight looks is named for the region whose craft it honors: Banaras, Kutch, Lucknow, Kanchipuram, Chanderi, Maheshwar, Pochampally, and Paithan. Working directly with master weavers and embroiderers — some among the last practitioners of their craft — this collection transforms heritage textiles into modern couture silhouettes: floor-length gowns, structured blouses, and grand lehengas that belong as much in a museum as on a runway. The palette is regal: deep burgundy, emerald, royal blue, antique gold, and rich purple. Virasat is a love letter to the hands that weave India's identity, and a declaration that these crafts will not be allowed to fade.
